Where is SHAG located?

Spring Hill Vineyards, 292 Bee Brook Road, New Preston, CT 06777. 

 

How do I buy tickets for your events?

On our website or at the door day of. 

 

Is SHAG all ages?

Yes, however, children must be accompanied at all times especially around art installations and during performances. For the safety and enjoyment of others, parents and caregivers who do not comply may be asked to leave. Parents and caregivers should be aware that occasionally adult themes are expressed at SHAG. 

 

Where do I park?

On-site parking is available on a first-come-first-served basis. Overflow parking and shuttling is also available, directed upon arrival. We recommend that you carpool whenever possible!

Are food and beverage available for purchase?

Yes! SHAG has an outstanding food and beverage program.

 

Is SHAG accessible to persons with reduced mobility?

Yes. Please email us at least 24 hours in advance to request staff aid. 

 

Are pets allowed?

Please do not bring your pets unless they are licensed service animals. 

 

Is there a refund policy on tickets?

SHAG is a non-profit event and ticket income provides operational funds, however, we understand that emergencies happen. If you require a refund, email us. 

What happens in case of bad weather? 

SHAG is rain or shine. 

 

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing and shoes, suitable for outdoor activities. 

 

Is there enough seating at SHAG?

SHAG plans accordingly for crowds. If you would like to bring picnic blankets and foldable chairs, please note that SHAG expects our guests to follow the common practice of “Carry In – Carry Out.”
